From Downtown Kansas City
Take the Broadway Extension North to Missouri 9 Westbound, until you reach the Interstate 635 interchange. Take I-635 South, as though headed for Kansas. Merge to the left-hand lane, as US 69 South branches from I-635 to the left. The argosy Parkway Exit is immediately north of the Fairfax bridge on the right-hand side of US 69.

From Kansas City International Airport
Take Interstate 29 South and exit onto Interstate 635 South, as though headed for Kansas. Merge to the left-hand lane, as US 69 South branches from I-635 to the left. The Argosy Parkway Exit is immediately north of the Fairfax Bridge on the right-hand side of US 69.

From Kansas
Take Interstate 635 North across the Missouri River. At the junction of I-635 and Missouri Highway 9, exit on the right, just east of the I-635/Missouri 9 junction. Take a right at the stop sign and a quick left onto Argosy Parkway.


Speakers

W. KURT HENKE
Kurt Henke is co-founder and principal of Henke-Bufkin. He received a B.B.A., cum laude, from Millsaps College in 1979, and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi in 1981. Mr. Henke is widely regarded as one of the preeminent attorneys in the country in the field of crop insurance. For over two decades, his practice has involved a mix of corporate, regulatory, and policy issues. He also has an extensive background in crop insurance litigation, having represented companies in crop insurance disputes throughout the nation since the mid 1980s.

ELIZABETH T. BUFKIN
Elizabeth Bufkin is a partner and co-founder of Henke-Bufkin. She graduated with honors from Delta State University with a B.A. degree in 1982. She received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1985. Mrs. Bufkin is actively involved in the firm’s agribusiness practice and has extensive experience in both federally reinsured and private crop insurance matters.

JEFFREY DILLEY
Jeffrey Dilley earned both his undergraduate degree (B.P.A., 1985, cum laude) and his law degree (J.D., 1988) from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Dilley has been with Henke-Bufkin since 1995, becoming a member of the firm in 2005. His law practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of insurance coverage, civil litigation, and agribusiness.

MICHAEL STEVENS
Michael Stevens received a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University in 1990 (summa cum laude), and a J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi in 1993 (cum laude). Mr. Stevens began practicing law with Henke-Bufkin in 1996, becoming a member of the firm in 2007. For over a decade, Mr. Stevens has focused his law practice almost exclusively on issues relating to Federal Crop Insurance.

KATHY MYERS
Kathy Myers earned both her undergraduate degree (B.A., English 1997, magna cum laude) and her law degree (2000) from the University of Mississippi. Ms. Myers has worked with Henke-Bufkin since 2001, focusing primarily in the area of agribusiness.
