Programs will be Dec. 16 at Mt. Vernon Holiday Inn; Dec. 17 at the Bloomington Interstate Center; Dec. 18 at the Galesburg Best Western Prairie Inn and Dec. 19 at the Sycamore Center for Agriculture.
